collaborama is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Information we collect

Account information

When you register, we collect your name and email address. We use this to provide you with access to our services and to communicate with you about your account.

Asana integration

If you connect your Asana account, we store:

• Your Asana access token (to sync data on your behalf)
• Workspace and project identifiers you select
• Task data from your selected projects, including: task names, assignee names, completion status, custom field values (such as sprint, status, size, theme, and epic fields)

We only access the Asana projects you explicitly connect. We do not access other workspaces or projects in your Asana account.

Sprint data

We store snapshots of your sprint data to provide historical tracking and reporting. This includes task lists at sprint start and completion, along with any goals you create.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to provide the collaborama service. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. Access tokens for external services are stored securely.
